CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “HOW-IS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items may have wear and tear, and imperfections, i.e., missing stones, dings, chips, scratches, cracks, discoloring…, or the effects of aging and previous use. All dimensions provided are approximate. Bidders/Buyers are always encouraged to ask for more information before and during the auction/sale to make their own determinations as to the condition, size, and authenticity. Additional condition details can be provided upon request. All items being sold in this auction/sale are considered “used” and comes in it’s AS-IS state, unless expressly described during the auction, i.e., new with tags”, “new old stock”, “Sterling Silver .925”, “12K Gold Filled”….

BUYING
1. Buyers MUST BE 18 and registered prior to the live sale.
2. The seller reserves the right to reject any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he/she feels are not in the best interest of the seller.

PAYMENT
1. PayPal invoices will go out within 24-48 hours of the sale close.
2. Payment is required upon invoice receipt.
3. If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal provides the option of paying your invoice via debit/credit card.
4. If your invoice is not paid within 24-48 hours, your purchase will be cancelled. Future bidding/buying will be at the sellers’ discretion.

SHIPPING PROCESS
1. All shipping and handling charges are to be paid by the Bidder/Buyer.
2. We use Pirateship.com.
3. Domestic Shipment: Starts at 5.50 up to 8 ounces, and then the price will be based on size, weight and location.
4. International Canadian Shipment will be calculated by size, weight and location.
5. Items must be paid in full before shipping is initiated.
6. To help provide the lowest price possible most packages will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
7. Tracking numbers will be provided via email from PirateShip.com and/or PayPal.
8. Items will be packaged together to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. Some items may be shipped seperately due to their size and/or weight.
9. Any issues with the delivery of your shipment must be taken up with the US Postal Service, i.e., “item not delivered”, “shipping delays”, “item stops tracking”….
