The Damage Cap stat can be confusing if you’re just starting out in the game. However, it’s a simple in-game mechanic that reduces damage regardless of the player character’s strength. If you’re unfamiliar with how the Damage Cap works in Granblue Fantasy Relink, this guide will explain it all.
Damage Cap is an important stat and as you progress through the game, players will need to work on improving it. While increasing your damage is fairly easy, increasing your damage cap is a different story. While it won’t be easy, players will need to focus on increasing this stat to maximize their offensive power.
Granblue Fantasy Relink Damage Cap is a limit set on the damage each attack and skill can deal. As a result, the damage dealt will not exceed the set limit even if you increase your attack stats. For example, even if you manage to increase your damage to 10,000, but the Damage Cap is set to 5,000, that is all you can deal. Fortunately, players can increase this stat with a Damage Cap Sigil once they farm it.
To farm Damage Cap Sigils, players will need to roll Sigils with the Transmute Sigils option at Siero until they have at least one or two Damage Cap IV, IV+, or V Sigils. To Transmute Sigils, players will need to farm numerous Knickknack Vouchers using a variety of methods. While the roll is random, you will land on Damage Cap Sigils quickly enough if you have enough vouchers. You can burn through numerous Knickknack Vouchers, though, so be prepared.
