In true Metroidvania style, Prince of Persia The Lost Crown features a bunch of puzzles, traps, and secrets for players to discover as they progress through the campaign. One puzzle that can take up a significant amount of time if you don’t figure it out quickly is the Upper Citadel Wheel Puzzle. You’ll stumble upon the puzzle during the Abducted Prince questline while searching for Anahita in the Upper Citadel.

Similar to other puzzles like the Water Wheel puzzle before you enter the Hyrcanian Forest, there are a lot of moving parts to this obstacle course. And while it may look tough to beat from the outside, it’s actually quite easy to complete and climb up to the top. So if you want to save some time and get further without the hassle, read on to find out how to solve the puzzle and explore the Upper Citadel.

To solve the Upper Citadel Puzzle in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown, you first need to position yourself on the middle platform between the Griffin statues. With the Chakram at your disposal, aim one of your ranged attacks at the wheel in the middle and fire it. Once you're done, both statues on either side will start moving.

You need to go to the left side towards the wall and throw yourself off the wall by jumping and quickly grab the pole in between. After that just jump onto the wooden platform just above and summon the Chakram where the statues will move back to their original position. Here you need to be quick by jumping off the platform and quickly use the Rush of the Simurgh Time Power to grab the pole.
