Hair rollers have been making a comeback lately. All those beautiful hair roller tutorials promise to give you the perfect '90s blowout look. So you order a set of Velcro rollers in hopes of getting a dream haircut. But alas, those cute styling tools suddenly turn into instruments of torture! Your hair keeps getting tangled, the rollers won't roll and your dream blowout is now a mess.
STOP DOING YOUR ROLLERS LIKE THIS #HAIRROLLERS #HAIR #SHORTS
Hairstylist and hair hacking expert Jeremy Pugh knows the struggle is real. He shares his favorite tricks to make the hairstyling game easier. The hair community couldn't be happier – the secret to perfect haircuts with rollers has been revealed!
The problem with hair rollers is always in their application. As Jeremy Pugh shows, people often start rolling up their locks at the end of their hair. So when they try to pull the rollers out, those tucked-in ends keep the tools from coming off easily (short hair is an exception).
Another mistake is using the rollers on dry hair. Remember that your hairspray is your best friend during your hair styling adventures. Creating sections is also important. It is better to take smaller sections of hair to get a good grip and get a defined curl.
