Should you support Alsa in AFK Journey and is she worth it?

One of the questions players have right now is whether to pick Alsa in AFK Journey? It’s a legitimate concern, especially if you’re a free-to-play player. Collecting diamonds can take up quite some time, and randomly using all the diamonds on a character you’re not sure about can feel risky. Not to mention, Alsa might not be a good fit for your current team, which can be problematic if you don’t have a solid team yet. Below are all the things you need to consider before calling her up.

My thoughts on the ALSA banner: SHOULD YOU GET ALSA IN AFK JOURNEY

No, Alsa is not the strongest or broken character when it comes to her skills. So if you already have a decent team, you can skip her and save your diamonds for a future character. She is not that bad though, Alsa is more of a balanced character and can be quite useful at times. It goes without saying that you should take Alsa out if you really like her character design, playstyle, or moveset.

One of the unique features of this character is her ability to block enemies and disrupt their formations by isolating them. This comes from her skill I, which is Stone Barrier. She uses this skill on the enemy to attack them with +270% damage and stun them for 2 seconds. The main highlight of this skill comes in the form of Stone Pillars, which are created 3 tiles behind your target. It also knocks back enemies standing on such tiles. The best part is that you can have up to 6 stone pillars at a time. So if you are looking for a decent crowd control Hero, then she might just be the one for you.

As mentioned above, she's a character who's more on the balanced side than broken. That means if you already have someone like Carolina, there's no real reason to root for her.
